Redbridge Talking Therapies Podcast

This podcast series was curated for the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) IAPT team based in Redbridge, Greater London, to help the local community, and beyond, with mental health coping strategies during the COVID-19 outbreak in the UK.

The idea behind this podcast is to be there for members of the local community but also as something practical to send those awaiting therapy to on-demand assistance.

Each episode is led by a different therapist showing their expertise. The series has covered Mindfulness, Relaxation, Managing Relationships and Learning Something New among other topics.

The podcast is available on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify and many other platforms. It is also available to listen to via the NHS website.

The IAPT services are available throughout the UK and allows for anyone to seek free support from trained therapists in the form of one-to-one or group sessions. The Talking Therapies team based in Redbridge, Greater London, wanted to reach their local community to help during COVID-19.
